Restocking and Service Arrangements
An initial restocking schedule will be agreed upon based on the current usage of drinks and snacks. This can be changed at any time however we recommend a review after the first month to ensure staff are satisfied with both the products supplied and the stocking of the machines.
Our aim is to maximise the productivity of each machine. A regular schedule of maintenance of all drink and snack machines will be carried out to ensure that any downtime is minimised.
A hot-line number is displayed on each machine. This hot-line number will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days per week so that in the case of unforeseen difficulties such as coin-jams or unexpected heavy demand, immediate contact can be made with a SnackMaster Operator.
During normal business hours, an operator will generally arrive to service the machine in under 2 hours. An after hours service facility is also available depending on the urgency of the situation. Pricing Policy
Our aim is to work in association with you to ensure staff and clients are provided with snacks and drinks 24 hours a day. SnackMaster will be competitive with other sources of drinks and snacks in the region but also need to price at a level that ensures we maintain the level of service that our clients come to expect and demand.
